My book

En hel bok full av himmelska tårtor - så vackra att man nästan inte tror att de är på riktigt. Här finns chokladtårtor med kaffe, lakrits, tiramisù, nötter eller hallon. Här finns tårtor med jordgubbar, blåbär, björnbär, äpple eller mango. Här finns gräddtårtor, sugarpastetårtor, cheesecakes och frysta tårtor. Här finns tårtor i flera lager och tårtor staplade på höjden. En del är lite enklare att göra, andra är mer avancerade. Det är bara att ta på förklädet, plocka fram vispen och bakformen och sätta igång!

      I'm really in doubt by the way, if I'm going to order your Swedish book or if I'll wait for the Dutch translation. You mentioned it would be ready in Spring 2013? I haven't heard anything about it yet, but I'll keep waiting. Your book looks like a real musthave. I hope it's available soon!

  5. Hello Linda
    If I make your pink rainbow cake in 20 or 22cm tins, do you know if it will be able to support its own weight? How easy is it to cut a 5-layer cake? Any advice gratefully received!

      You will definitely be able to make it in a 20-22 cm tin!
      It will be wider and therefore also easier to cut than a smaller cake! But of course, cutting a 5 layer cake is not the easiest task in the world and it does require some practice to slice the perfect piece of cake :-)

    Just wanted to stop by and remind you that your creativity and love for food and photography is so evident in your blog and your work, and that you are making people happy around the world by doing it.

    As for the English version of the book, work on English translation rights with your publisher - hard and quickly! You have an audience all over the world desperate to recreate your incredible cakes.

    Btw how many recipes in the book?
    I love the decoration on the dessert simple yet very adorable. Wish someone could make those desserts for me everyday.( :( I'm terrible at baking. )
